Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 350 degrees Farenheit (175 degree Celcius)
- Cream together room temprature butter and brown sugar and white sugar
- beat in one egg at a time, then stir in Vanilla
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture
- Fold in the chocolate chips in the batter
- Scoop batter with an ice cream scooper and put it onto baking sheets
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven
- let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wired rack
P.S:For chwewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
for more intense chocolate flavor add coffee or cinnamon!
